At Casa Ikal we are one big family. We work together to create the most unique and incredible vacation experience imaginable for whoever visits us. Every one of us bring his area of expertise to bear in a singular effort to satisfy our guests’ every wish.

DIDIER
MEET DIDIER
Didier is our incredible chef. He has trained at cooking schools around the area, as well as at high end resorts in Cancun, and specializes in unique dishes from the region as well as surprises from around the world.
He is passionate about the preparation of food, always in search of the small touches that will take his cuisine to new levels. His focus on excellence means he is constantly surpassing himself.
His cooking is clean, healthy and tasty and will please the most discerning of guests. His vegetarian and vegan offerings are stellar.
He is married and has a little boy.
DIEGO
MEET DIEGO
Diego is always on hand to provide guests with whatever drinks, snacks or other needs they might have.
He is well versed in making outstanding cocktails, guacamole and other snacks. He is on hand at breakfast, lunch and dinner to serve the meal, answer questions about preparation and ingredients, and to make guests feel comfortable.
He always succeeds in making guests feel taken care of during their stay, and provides friendly and attentive service.
He quickly learns everyone’s preferences and anticipates their needs — indeed, Diego will often know that you are ready for a drink or snack before you do.
Diego is married and has two daughters.
ISABEL
MEET ISABEL
Isabel is our efficient, organized and dependable housekeeper. Guests might not see her often, but she keeps the house spotless at all times.
She is great at attending to the little details and understands that her efforts result in a welcoming environment for guests.
Isabel is married and has two teenage children.
CARLOS
MEET CARLOS
Carlos is in charge of the beach and the dunes surrounding the villa.
He loves nature and is knowledgable about the flora and fauna of the area.
He is often hard at work preparing the beach for the day before guests have even had their first cup of coffee and ensures that the beach always looks great.
He lives at his father’s ranch where the family raises cattle.
Carlos is married and has two children. He and Santos are brothers.
SANTOS
MEET SANTOS
Santos is in charge of maintaining the grounds and the physical plant of the property.
He keeps the house running smoothly and the grounds pristine.
He also does the shopping for groceries and everything needed for the villa, including items guests may need.
Santos is married and has a daughter and twin boys.
